The third Edition of the
International Piano Festival for People with Disabilities
This took place in the capital city of the music, Vienna, Austria, in November 14-16, 2013.
The auditions were at the Church "Minoritenkirche". This is a bulding with a great history, where Franz Schubert personally performed.
David earned the Second Prize in the Category "Multiple Disabilities" and the Third Prize in the Category "under 18 years old". He was the only winner from Mexico and whole Latin America.
The Winners of this festival offered a concert, in the Olympic Memorial Youth Center Yoyogi, in Tokyo, Japan in february 2014.

Tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Viena, Austria, del 14 al 16 de noviembre de 2013.
Las audiciones fueron en la iglesia "Minoritenkirche", la cual tiene una gran historia, dado los grandes músicos que han realizado actividades musicales en ella.
David fué el único finalista de México y de toda Latinoamérica y obtuvo el segundo premio en la categoría "discapacidades múltiples" y el tercer premio en la categoría "menores de 18 años".
Todos los participantes interpretaron una obra compuesta especialmente para cada uno de ellos, basada en el tema "Oda a la Alegría" de la novena sinfonía de Beethoven.
Each one of the participants played a new piece, written specially for each of them, based on the theme "Ode to the Joy" (Beethoven´s nineth Symphony) .
Aquí podemos escuchar otra de las participaciones de David, interpretando "El Vuelo del Abejorro" de Rimsky Korsakov, en versión para piano a 4 manos.
